These Terms govern your use of menatombo.com and Agent in a Box (together, the “Service”), operated by Menatombo. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The software
Agent in a Box is a program you install and run on your own computer. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with these Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the software except as permitted by law.
Bring-your-own models and accounts
Agent in a Box can run models locally through Ollama, or connect to third-party providers (including Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and OpenRouter) using your own account or API key. Your use of any third-party provider is governed by that provider’s own terms and is your responsibility — we are not a party to your agreement with them, and we don’t control the availability, cost, or output of those services.
Plugins and personalities
You are responsible for the personalities, files, and plugins you load into your agent, and for what your agent does with the access you give it. Don’t use Agent in a Box to break the law, violate a third-party service’s terms, or cause harm.
Payment and refunds
Prices are listed in the shop. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details on refunds.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we’re not responsible for the output of any AI model — local or cloud — that you connect to your agent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Menatombo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
